The South County Health cancer program is designed to support and guide the patient and their family through their entire journey.

As a Commission on Cancer accredited cancer center led by Angela Taber, MD, South County Health takes a multidisciplinary approach to treating cancer as a complex group of diseases that requires consultation among surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, diagnostic oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other cancer specialists, including those with training in nutrition, pulmonary rehab, and palliative care.

At South County Health’s Cancer Center your treatment will be the focus of a multidisciplinary team of expert physicians and highly trained staff practicing the latest medical advances in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
