Infusion Therapy Bay Room

Infusion therapy, a medical treatment in which medication is usually delivered intravenously, is used as a treatment for many other conditions, including anemia, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's Disease, dehydration, and infection.

Our infusion therapy center at the South County Hospital Cancer Center provides chemotherapy and other treatments in an open, climate-controlled space, illuminated by sunlight.

The facility allows patients to choose the degree of privacy and social interaction with staff and other patients that makes them most comfortable while keeping every patient in the sight line of our nurses' station.

Treatment bays include windows, treatment chairs with the highest level of comfort, visitor chairs, personal space for belongings, Wi-fi connection, and television.
